MUXd outputs not producing signal #384

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using APM_RC library to produce output
2. Connect servo to any output port from 0 to 3
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Servo is expected to move, but the output pin does not produce signal. Ports 4 
to 7 work fine.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Arduino Mega 2560 board working on Windows Vista (Yes I know, Windows Vista, 
there's the first problem, but lets move on from that)

Please provide any additional information below.
I am using APM libraries to write my own code and do not want to go through 
setting registers to manually get output on all output ports. So I am not using 
downloading the full APM code, just using the libraries for my own code. This 
problem also occurs in the MUXs inputs (0 - 3).
