What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Software reversal for pitch output
2. Check the box in APM-Planner, refresh, box is unchecked.
3. RC2_REV is listed/changed to -1.
4. Stability mode check of elevator function is incorrect.
5. APM-Planner does not show that the output is reversed after refresh.
Appears that the EEPROM setting is changed, but the ArduPilotMega ignores the
setting and the APM-Planner incorrectly handles the setting. Also, once an
output is reversed, it cannot be undone with the GUI checkbox.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 x64, APM-Planner 1.0.67, APM 2.24
