What steps will reproduce the problem?

Upgrade APM firmware from Mission Planner to Arducopter 2.0.46

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Update to 2.0.46 is excpected. Instead we get 2.0.45.

Seems like a compilation error during firmware generation.
