Mission Planner do not allow ACM 2 Throttle PI and Throttle Rate P/I adjustments

Since 2.0.45, there are new variable names for Throttle PI and a second PI loop 
has been added for throttle rates.

Those new paramaters are not available inside Mission Planner settings window.
