Mag Declination Value different

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Enter Compass_dec value in Mission Planner Configuration
2.Refresh Params
3.Declination value in parameter(compass_dec) is different compare to in CLI or 
hardware setup

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I entered -0.4 in compass_dec, -22.91831

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mission Planner 1.0.80

where are you comparing these values? if its like your screen shot what you see 
is correct.
in the list on the left it is in radians.
in the hardware setup screne it is in degrees.

Yes, it is like the screenshot. Well, in that case, I suggest both uses the 
same unit(either degree or radiant) or a put a proper label to indicate the 
unit used. Thanks.
