Rate PID Setting write failing in APM Planner 1.0.82 #434

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Change the Rate setting Only happened Once Now the RATE_ROLL_P/I and 
RATE_PITCH_P are not
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Messing telling that Rate value has failed to write

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.82

please go into setup and do a clear/reset back to defaults and try again.

Same problem here with ACM 2.0.49 and MP 1.0.84

Have the same problem in MP 1.0.86  and ACM 2.0.49
Rate PI adjustment possible in CLI mode, but not in flight mode.

where you loading params froma  saved config file? and are you in a country 
that uses a comma instead of a period?
