Mission Planner Starting Window Placement #451

Currently, Mission Planner saves the main window Height and Width values and 
uses them to size the initial window.  My desktop extends across multiple 
screens and Mission Planner always starts in the desktop's center.  

It would be nice to also save the Top and Left values and use those to restore 
the initial position with the user's preferred placement.
