Running error in Mission Planner on Windows, XP, SP3 #456

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tried the latest version of the Mission Planner and its some of the recent 
old versions but similar running error on windows XP machine. However No issue 
in running on vista machine. Please refer the screenshots attached for 
reference.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

This is even observed in very old version 1.05 and the latest one.

make sure you have .net 3.5 installed

After formating the machine, and installing .net 3.5 & 4, it is working ok.
