Improve ending credits #21

1) Need to pause when home button is pressed.
2) Need to finish when back button is pressed.
3) Currently restarts when screen orientation is changed.  Do we need to lock 
the orientation, continue from current scroll position, or leave as is?
4) Add splash screen(s) to display behind/after text?
5) Add credits to more contributors (testers, any other developers, 
graphics/audio contributors).
