Improve preference setting behavior during a network game #60

Do not set the following game options when they are received during a network 
game:

1. Game difficulty.
2. Ads on/off (Google Play only).
3. Targeting mode.
4. Music on/off.
5. Sound effects on/off.
6. Fullscreen on/off.

Simpler just to say only set bubble sensitivity and compressor on/off.
