Can't install in Eclipse Helios (3.6)

What steps will reproduce the defect?
 1. Launch Eclipse Helios
 2. Go to 'Help -> Install New Software'
 3. Enter 'http://www.jvmmonitor.org/updates/3.7'
 4. Select 'JVM Monitor', then 'Next', then 'Finish'.

What is the expected behavior?
 JVM Monitor feature group installs successfully.

What was the actual behavior?
 The installation fails with the following message:

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed

phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=).
