Error on #make cannot find -lswe #10

Hi there,

When I run make command, the result is here. How can I fix this

creating libtool
appending configuration tag "CXX" to libtool
configure: creating ./config.status
config.status: creating config.h
config.status: config.h is unchanged

[root@vps php-sweph]# make
