Hello,
You can compile it with any version of Swiss Ephemeris you want as far as I
know.
However, I will warn you that some of the functions in this library do not
properly work. I had to fix swe_pheno_ut and I am sure there are others. I'm
thinking of developing on top of this library, fixing the issues and supporting
more of the sweph functions.

Hey guys, I'm back.
Yes, basically you can link with any later version of libswe.a as long as they
maintain backward compatibility.
And thanks to programmer2188 for pointing the issues. I'm screening out those
functions not working, maybe you like to help?
Besides, I'm working on version 1.78. Please stay tune.
