Util.spawnCommandLineAsync is not a function #137

Newly installed icingtaskmanager fails when adding to panel with Util.spawnCommandLineAsync is not a function in glass.log

After looking at the source, once I created a ~/.config/autostart directory then things worked fine, but that shouldn't be a requirement.

Cinnamon 3.2.7 Trusty 14.04
