Title not showing after opening and closing instances of pinned app #159

Extension version latest
Linux distribution Mint 18.2

Describe the steps needed to be taken in order to reproduce this bug. Open and close the same pinned app (ie. so it has multiple windows). Sometimes you will end up with no title, just the icon as if all instances were closed but when you hover you can still see the open window and can click on it.

I have a new case that causes this. I had opened some pinned apps. I then wanted to add a new pinned app. I dragged it to the Icing app bar and my existing apps became icons losing their titles. Once this happens, fiddling with "Title display" will not bring the titles backs.

I installed pycharm and I'm not reproducing the first example. The second example is because I just added the ability to add apps from a menu via drag and drop, and it has known problems I don't feel like working out immediately because I think it might require a Cinnamon PR.

Is the app titles not displaying occurring reliably for you?

No it is sporadic which makes it hard to reproduce. One thing I have noticed is that when opening multiple windows with LibreOffice Calc, there can be some strange effects eg.

I can reproduce:

Open an app with a few windows eg. PyCharm.
Use Icing to go to one of the windows
Close window
Title will disappear

Icing Task Manager is no longer maintained. I have been wrongly banned from the Linux Mint organization, and not able or willing to contribute any longer.
