Some pinned apps get stuck in the notification state upon closing #167

Happens randomly, but it is a timer issue. We need to make sure the app buttons always have the pinned-closed styling after they're closed.

@jaszhix Some apps also get stuck in the active state, using certain themes, it seems that the event of closing fires up a non standardized class, so some themes keeps the window in the active state. As i reported here https://github.com/adapta-project/adapta-gtk-theme/issues/610 it was necessary a workaround i the theme to fix that, maybe others still has the same problem.

Icing Task Manager is no longer maintained. I have been wrongly banned from the Linux Mint organization, and not able or willing to contribute any longer.
