[New Bug] Hover state immediately changed to inactive state when hovering over an inactive window item #178

Basically, hover over an inactive but open window item, and you'll see that it flickers from a hover look for a millisecond back to the inactive look.

This has always been the case if you don't configure the theme settings. I even tested the feren theme for 6.1.0, and selecting the Mint X preset under Theming fixes it.

Oh ok, what settings does that change in the Applet Settings so that I can apply the fix out of the box?
