General state changes aren't visible on the Panel until their respective window list items are hovered over

If this issue is a bug report, please list the follow information. If this issue has to do with theme compatibility, make sure you list which theme you are using.

• Cinnamon version 3.6.7
• Extension version Just updated it through Applets a minute ago
  • Ensure this issue applies to the latest version of ITM found in the Cinnamon Spices repository.
• Linux distribution
• Pastbin the outputs of:
  • ~/.cinnamon/configs/IcingTaskManager@json/*.json
  • ~/.cinnamon/glass.log
  • ~/.xsession-errors I don't think these will even prove useful for this issue
• Describe the steps needed to be taken in order to reproduce this bug.

Basically, just be on the latest version, in Mint-X tailored mode, and keep an eye on the window states of windows vs what they appear as on ITM, if you have the same bug as me, you'll see it requires hovering over the window icons in order to update their visible window states on the panel.

Not really true. At a minimum provide your settings. If I were reproducing this it would be fixed by now, hence, in addition to detailed explanation, logging and settings make it more likely to be reproduced. People contributing don't have time to run in circles trying to figure out what the bug is.

It seems to just do it by default for me (I just tried it with Favourites for Pins)
