When I have titles enabled and no grouping, and also "show only applications on this monitor" moving an app between monitors moves icons to the correct panel but does not show the apps title until I click on the icon.
To reproduce:
1) General > Only list windows from the monitor displaying this instance = on
2) Panel > Title display = Title
3) Have multiple monitors and a panel with Icing task manager with the same settings
4) Move an application from one monitor to the other monitor.
You should see that it is displaying the applications icon but not the applications Title. Click on the icon and it displays the title.
