unable to open window through thumbnail click

  • Describe the steps needed to be taken in order to reproduce this bug. You can hover on a app icon to show its thumbnails, of windows, so you can click directly on thumbnail if you want to open the window, which is nice. But sometimes when clicking directly on thumbnail of a window, it simple don't get opened, or raised, so you continue to click and nothing happens. This happens both when only one window of a app is opened or 2 or more. I can't describe steps to reproduce this because this just happens, sometimes happens, sometimes works as expected.

this time, i've opened two windows of nemo, both of the two minimized, when i tried to open the first by clicking directly in the first thumbnail, it didn't respond

Okay, don't see much in the logs. How about the settings? Look at the issue template. I'm not reproducing this, clicking thumbnails always raises the selected window for me.

This could also be an application-specific quirk, so any additional details might shed more light.

I can't find any pattern to reproduce this, what i can say is that this happens whatever the application, and seems that if you cant raise the window clicking the thumbnail you hover the mouse down to the icon and turn back to the thumb you now are able to click and raise the window clicking the thumb. This doesn't seems to be theme or any of this related, when i switched to mint x theme to test if other bug i already reported here was happening with other themes it was on mint x too, and in mint y, but in mint x with more frequency.

ITM uses most of Muffin's API surface, without a reliable way to reproduce it I'm not sure I can do much here. If you attach your settings, then maybe I can reproduce it occasionally, but closing for now, I don't feel like begging for people to read the issue template.

@jaszhix this bug happens always, i wonder why someone else dont related this, and if you use ITM, sure you will get into it.
