The JavaEmbeddedFrame entry is back again. If "Include all app windows" is unticked now the JavaEmbeddedFrame stays in the list till the panel has been restarted or the option gets ticket on. If that option is enabled the entry will appear as well, but go away when the application has been closed.
Tested with JDownloader2.

@NoXPhasma Can reproduce. One weird thing I noticed is disabling the tray icon in the app's settings makes it disappear - could be a temporary workaround if you don't need it.

Icing Task Manager is no longer maintained. I have been wrongly banned from the Linux Mint organization, and not able or willing to contribute any longer.
If this issue is a bug report, please list the follow information. If this issue has to do with theme compatibility, make sure you list which theme you are using.
Describe the steps needed to be taken in order to reproduce this bug.
