Russian Translation Update #200

Not all translated strings used. What could be the problem?

Hi ArionWT, some of the translation strings are from the older legacy version that gets loaded for Cinnamon 3.2 and under. Strings with a comment preceding them with 2.8->..., and not a 3.4->... comment are from the older version.

Would you be able to PR this to the Spices repo as well, as noted in the readme? Thanks.
