Issue
This usually happens to chat apps. After closing a chat window, sometimes (can't really trace why) the window title is not updated.
For example, i was using lotus notes and i had 2 chat window opened. The "number display" showed correctly 3 window grouped, but after closing one of the chat windows, the "number display" was correctly set to '2', but the window title remained showing the title of the closed chat.
Please see the atttached picture, you will see in the thumbnails that no title matches the title being shown in the window taskbar.
