No thumbnail in pinned app when group app is disabled

Cinnamon version: 3.6.7
Extension version: 6.3.10
Linux distribution: Linux Mint 18.3 Sylvia

Describe the steps needed to be taken in order to reproduce this bug. Disable "Group App" and launch the pinned apps. Restart cinnamon and changing theme do nothing

Currently not supporting Cinnamon 3.6, feel free to re-open if you can reproduce on 3.8.

I just test it on Mint 19 with Cinnamon 3.8.6, and the problem persist. Though restarting cinnamon and changing theme make the thumbnail appear.
