Resolves #2 (for now until proper equipment support is added to FitTrackee)

Add gear fetching to StravaConnector
Add gear as note to uploaded FitTrackee workouts (gpx or no)
Store activity info in GPX comment when writing to disk so we can parse it later to get the gear information (hacky)
