Plus a lot of cleanup and feature in the dev interface to use them.
These changes should not break any existing context or in Terarium, but until the custom message/intercepts are converted to actions, they will not be able to be executed as I have removed the custom message panel in lieu of the action panel.
Updating from an intercept to a tool takes like 5 seconds, unless you're taking the time to add the action docs and default payload.
