Components: dropdowns, inline markdown, query cell refactor

Further revision of the inline markdown and query cell rewrite from before components, migrated to new dev components.

• New styling on LLM Query cells -- multiple collapsible dropdowns, outputs hidden on the site of the code block itself and aliased to the output window, and more
• Event handling changes for query cells to not internally use markdown cells, but rather, a custom event handler component
• Bugfixes for selection modification when dealing with child cells of a parent cell
• Notebook save/load fixes for new query cells
