Changes:
Some busyness state color/animation updates; eg connecting/connected/busy state now changes with color (mocked on UI)
CodeMirror has python language color if cell lang-python
Addressed remaining dark mode coloring or hardcoded color values (using primevue vars for those colors)
Added dark mode to codemirror, when applicable
When submitting a query to the agent, the textinput is now automatically cleared
