Nitish will talk to Kashmiri Lal Sir from Government school to understand how we can formulate the tests to get the best minds.

Jatin will try to get in touch with Kanwal Preet Mam to get her input.

Neha mentioned, we should focus more on 9th than 12th because students select the stream in 11th standard and they need a good score in 10th to select a stream in 11th .But it's not just their wish. It's also how much they score in 10th standard. So if a student is planning to select math science in 11th, he/she should have a good score in maths in 10th standard. For this reason, it's important that we mentor student of 9th and 10th standard.

How do we get the trust of kids and parents.

Get forms/contact info from kids so that we have information when they move to another class. We need this because students will be on vacations after their final exams for few months. If we wish to contact/mentor them during that time, it would be good to have their email/phone etc. Otherwise we will have to wait till the schools reopen.
