Does RTNeural support MaxPool layers? #102

The homepage (https://github.com/jatinchowdhury18/RTNeural#RTNeural) lists MaxPooling, but it is not check-marked. I had a quick glance at the code, and could not find code for MaxPool.

Is it in development?
