Idoubs can not successfully make call

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Build idoubs an run in iPhone 5.1 simulator
2. Register to a sip gateway
3. Make a call to pstn number

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected result:
   Call was made, the other client ringing and conversation make.
Actual result:
  Screen display "at calling time ringtone is audible meanwhile call receive at other side there was no voice means means call is continue but the conversation is not audible".

What version of the product or source code revision are you using? On what
operating system?
MAC OS 10.6.8
Console output:
"MSG: tdav_audiounit_handle_start failed with error code=-1"
Please guide me for this
