Reduce redudant code around displaying SQL results rows #236

We have three ways of displaying SQL result sets as tables:
- view=sql
- action=table_sql
- action=row_view

All three share a big bunch of code. We really should reduce redundant code 
here. This would avoid issues like issue #223.
