Support JPEG APPE Segment containing Adobe metadata #23

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a JPG file having the 0xEE segment

A patch has already been submitted to the author and is contained again.

Thank you for this contribution.  I have merged the patch into the code, 
applying the necessary changes to bring it inline with the new API.

Regarding your comment, I did not receive this patch via email.  Did you send 
it to me, and if so when did you send it?
