I tried to follow all your steps and install ProphET, but first of all, when downloading Myoviridae from Genbank (NCBI), got lots of errors like "cat: Myoviridae.dir/10662.ncbi_utils.log: No such file or directory".
When I tried to run with the testing data, it just showed "[blastall] FATAL ERROR: blast: Unable to open input file test/NC_005362.1/NC_005362.1.prot", and I could not find that in the folder.
Could you help me with that problem? Much appreciated!
