Update index.html #19

Was not working on Firefox 21.0 because of the links to css not ending by /> . Made it more likely to pass the w3c test.

I believe index.html works fine on Firefox. It's just that Fries is not optimized for it thus having layout issues.

Also, I won't be accepting pull requests to version 1.0.0 from here on. Please checkout wip-1.0.1 branch and do your changes there.
