Elements Lose Alignment After Click #51

As you can see, the button on the top left has a white padding that is no longer properly aligned once I clicked on it. It doesn't happen every time and seems very random. It does not happen when testing on desktop browsers. Only on phone device.

App was built using PhoneGap 2.9.0. Testing on galaxy s4.

I am using Fries 1.0.1.

Any idea?
