Updating for 0.216.9 Valheim - Version 0.1.3 #21

Hey Adam,

If you are interested, I took a look and have made the updates needed to support 0.216.9 Version of Valheim.

I changed some of the references to utilize direct linking of DLL's except for JVL, which is still NuGet.
