[x] Loading of incentive for releasing on table duplicates with same transaction
[x] Check saving of transaction
[x] Check confirmation of transaction
[ ] Create file to upload on bank

Partially done for the first three task and put on-hold for the last task for confirmation of who will release the incentives and to create file to upload on BDO.

based from M' Novie, releasing is done on her part but the amount is still credited on the employees payroll account not in the cash card.
