English version should be equivalent to Norwegian version in content #31

The English version of java.no was made last year, at the request of the University of Oslo, in order to be able to present an English version of javaBin to James Gosling. The current solution based on Jekyll (written by me) could be replaced with a more permanent solution, that does not rely on duplicated Ruby code. Could probably be a separate issue though.
