Refresh doesn't clear #33

Think we're seeing this:

Once iOS 15 is out we can investigate refreshable (https://www.hackingwithswift.com/quick-start/swiftui/how-to-enable-pull-to-refresh) - but for now we need to fix this

No longer seeing this. Might still be there - closing for now - reopen if reoccurs.
