Better horizontal scrolling #131

Issue Summary

Scrolling looks weird, consumes to mutch time and is not very snapy through unnecesary animations
should be similar to Adobe reader

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

scroll horizontaly through a pdf

Go to Settings -> Horizontal Scrolling -> Page Fling Try it.
