[Feature request] Add the permissions explanation in the Play Store/F-Droid description section of the app #156

This will help people to find out why the app requires full network access. Currently, the explanation is only available in the GitHub page, but in order to the end user discover it, it's necessary to dig a bit in the Play Store page.
