Change plugin ID to org.javacc.javacc #64

Fixes #52 , avoiding words "gradle" and "plugin" in Gradle plugin ID.

@kpitt could you please have a look at this one? (I tried to keep all the artifact IDs the same and make sure just the plugin ID changes, but I 'm not sure I got everything right). Thanks!
