localization of datepicker #35

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use datepicker widget
2. Try to localize it the jQuery way

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect a localized version of the datepicker, but the widget does not work 
anymore at all.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.1.1 in windows 7
