Bug on Overclocking #101

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Overclockink above 604 Mhz

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
On Over-clocking above 604 MHz the screen gets Distorted/Misaligned. 
Locking/Unlocking several times brings the screen back to normal sometimes. 
Else i have to reboot the phone which returns the Phone to Stock 604 MHz 
Frequency. In Short, OCing is not working

What version of the rom and what kernel are you using? On what device?

Did you try Wipe(Factory,Cache,Dalvik)?
Everything Tried
