unable to move apps to sd card

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.not able to move some apps(like whats app) from phone memory to sd card
2.panorama mode not working
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

If tried to move few apps from phone memory to sd card, it is not possible. If 
the apps persist in phone memory only then the phone becomes very slow and even 
hangs.

What version of the rom and what kernel are you using? On what device?
kernal: 2.6.32.60-nAa-05 kernel
rom: Jelly Bean Mini Project final release 5 | Android 4.1.2 

Did you try Wipe(Factory,Cache,Dalvik)?
yes

Please provide any additional information below.
*Apart from that the contacts will load from the beginning each and every time 
if it is tried to access.

*panorama mode in camera mode is not working.
