Google play services is not supported #124

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Doesn't open up any Google app and shows to contact the manufacturer.
2. Sign in through a Google account on the device and it shows that Google Play 
services is not supported by this device.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Just a dialog box appears showing to contact the manufacturer as Google Play 
services is not supported by the device.

What version of the rom and what kernel are you using? On what device?
JB-4.1.2 Jb mini project Release 5
Kernel- 3.0.84-pico-kernel3-cyanogenmod
Using this Rom on HTC Explorer A310e

Did you try Wipe(Factory,Cache,Dalvik)? Yes, I did try but I find no solution 
to it.

Please provide any additional information below.
A kind help from a Senior member as it is making difficult for me to sign in 
through any app as the data needs to be saved on the Google account. So, a Rom 
change can't be made.
