What steps will reproduce the problem?
When i start wifi it shows Wifi is turning on... for 63634645years, please help 
me

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Wifi is turning on...

What version of the rom and what kernel are you using? On what device?
latest rom and latest kernel, x8!

Did you try Wipe(Factory,Cache,Dalvik)?

I also have the same issues occur, wanted to turn the WiFi-on but stuck on it 
and the WiFi never on. 

I'm using the latest ROM v4 final. and the v6 kernel that provide on your 
thread.

That's the problem... You forgot to read the first post carefully on XDA...
Use 2.6.32.60-nAa-05 kernel... And other time pls read carefully before you 
make invalid bug report!
