Typos and font errors in the 3.2 spec #112

This is a placeholder for all typos and fonts issues:

p101: "Section 3.4.3 and Section 3.4.4 ."

p185: "and commit—or rollback—methods"

p453: font mismatch - "New: Added getRollbackOnly and setRollbackOnly to permitted operations in lifecycle callback interceptor methods with container-managed transaction demarcation in Table 1"

This issue was imported from java.net JIRA EJB_SPEC-112
