Upload interface insertion plugin to Maven repository #23

Upload interface insertion plugin to a Maven repository, right now the maven support for that plugin needs a manual setup of the jar in the local repository. Its a pain to do so when there is many developers on the same project

skaplon said: My fault, I read inheritance as interface and thought was another plugin for the same thing, sorry for the noise. I will give a try since it can also help with my goal, I mainly want a common ground for a choice node which was once available in JAXB as a option and got removed in 2.1/2.2.
